Hey all,
If we link it to Tipping Point we could total up our hours for anyone that
might be up for committing to work on PlaceCal (e.g. Rakesh's organiser
hours were necessary to be able to roll out the place cal in the north
east)?

it's worth presenting our situation and ask if there is a way around that?
It's complicated by having just scaled back and the fact that PHT has never
employed 4 full time people, even though we could argue that GFSC had
probably equivalent of 4 ft employees, it would be difficult to argue that
they were working on PHT stuff all of that time. It doesn't look like
they'd flex on it, but worth asking because I think we can prove that 1- we
know how to manage a team and 2- we have people who are invested in the
project ready to work on it, should we figure out a way to fund that and 3-
we are trying to shift the model to voluntary labour to make it sustainable.

successful placecal networks but kinda do it 1,2,3:
1 - TransDim will have expanded to Manchester by then and thats the
"proof"
2 - Tipping Point have done a really successful pilot in the NE but now
need their own custom frontend
3 - 1 more site that's just starting needs some help doing Y and isnt
quite there yet (norwich?)
We could even do 1 and 2 only but i think itd make sense to it this way?
Does that make sense?
I am not sure when I'm gonna find the time to write the application tho.
Can anyone find the questions without signing up?
