whilst answering all the lotterys' subheadings AND refer to our previous
funded work with them was a nightmare so please only small replacements and
if theres anything glaring be gentle and suggest what you'd like instead :)

Note that the first q is 1300 words and the second 1500 currently, so they
need to come down significantly but I wanted to make sure people are happy
with the overall narrative before I start to cut.

Hello all, thanks for a lovely meeting today.
